Liability Waiver and Release

We are collaborating with and supporting our local Farms to bring you an exceptional and joyful experience! These sweet animals are used for their farming purposes. Our rabbits and ducklings will enjoy their 5 star stay with us during our Easter session dates. They are given the proper care and attention with their necessary heat lamps, fresh food and water daily along with fresh dry bedding and lots of love from our family members. Ducklings enjoy fresh water baths in our tub and get to swim each day. After our sessions the rabbits and ducklings are donated to a local farm where they will live out the remainder of their life, happy and healthy! This is a magical experience for all and we want to thank you for helping support our local farms. The Safety of the children and animals are our top priority during these sessions. It will be the discretion of the photographer how the animals will be posed. Sanitation precautions will be taken throughout the sessions however, when dealing with live animals scratches, contamination, and/or potty accidents may occur.
